This mod provide you with full access to items dropped on the ground.
And the vanilla auto pickup mechanic was removed!
You can now choose which specific item to pick up with a fresh-looking GUI item list.
The effective scan range is 1 block (Similar to vanilla).
You can scroll the pick up item list by sneaking!
Press R to pick up the item you selected (Configurable).
Recommend using Item Physics for better immersion.
More version support on the way!
