MAJOR REWORK

• Completely rewrote the ollama handler to use ollama4j
• Removed username check logic because it's very broken, just send the whole thing to the LLM
• Require 1.21.11+ because of cloth config changes

• Update compat to java 17 / 1.21.1
• Fix issue with my other mod (LegitiPrefix) overwriting the mod menu implementation for this mod

Try to fix some crashes and set min version to 1.21.4
