TC4 Research Port

Thaumcraft 4 research system ported to Thaumcraft 6. This includes:

• Research notes in place of theorycraft theories.
• Research minigame for completing notes.
• Thaumometer collects player aspects as opposed to making observations.
• Inventory Scanning (enabled by default, toggle in config).
• and even more beloved content from 1.7.10's thaumcraft 4.
