What is OchaEconomy?
OchaEconomy is a fully player-driven economy server for Minecraft Java Edition. Forget fixed NPC shops — here, prices are set by real supply and demand. Mine, farm, craft, and trade your way to the top of the leaderboard.
Every system in OchaEconomy is designed to make your decisions matter: hoard resources to corner the market, found a company and hire workers, or invest in land to earn passive income. The economy is yours to shape.
💹 Market
The heart of OchaEconomy is its live player marketplace.
- Prices fluctuate based on real supply and demand — buy low, sell high
- List any item for any price and watch the market respond
- Place buy orders to automatically purchase at your target price
- Check price charts to spot trends before your rivals do
- Market fees and cancel costs keep speculation in check
⚠️ The admin shop exists only as a safety net — prices are significantly worse than the market. If you want a good deal, trade with other players.

🏠 Real Estate
Land is power.
- Purchase chunks across the world and claim them as your own
- Building level upgrades increase your land's value over time
- Earn a commercial bonus on all market transactions
- Put land up for auction or sell directly on the open market
- 5-day resale cooldown prevents instant flip abuse
Maintenance fees are charged weekly. Neglect your land and lose it.

土地は力なり。
- ワールドのチャンクを購入して自分の土地として確保
- 建物レベルをアップグレードして土地の価値を高める
- 全市場取引に商業ボーナスが加算される
- オークションや直接売却でいつでも手放せる
- 転売クールダウン5日で即転売を防止
週次維持費を払えないと土地を失います。管理を怠らないよう注意。
