Changes

Added Water to biome tinting list
Decreased Biome Tinting Brightness from 0.5 to 0.25
Decreased Minimap Refresh Rate from 250 to 100

Added a toggle to hide other players online to the config options
Added the ability to change the location of which the textures is gotten from for both yourself, Online Players and Minimap background to the config options
Added a cave mode which will activate when the player cannot see the sky directly above them (when the a block is placed 7 blocks above the players feet level) [On by Default tho can be disabled]
Added Block Lighting Effects (Block Colors is effected source lights)
Added Minimap Pack Texture
