NotCoded's Quality (of life) Tweaks

This mod adds quality of life tweaks, performance tweaks and bug fixes, which you can toggle.

Features

• Ability to disable fogs (nether, overworld, end, terrain, sky or all)
• Toggle fullbright
• Toggle tooltip fix (tooltips going off-screen)
• Toggle chat lag fix
• Toggle gamemode switcher bypass (use gamemode switcher (F3 + F4 / F3 + N) without needing op)
• Toggle auto-lowercase commands
