NPC Mannequins in Survival

This release supports Paper running Minecraft Java 1.21.9 through 26.1.2. It may work on future Minecraft versions, but it has not been tested.

• Mannequins will now be spawned at the exact location the player's crosshairs is looking at (instead of the middle of the block)
• Slightly improved the body rotation of mannequins spawned via mannequin soul

• By default mannequins will be looking at the player and straight ahead
• Crouching when spawning a mannequin via a soul will cause the mannequin to copy the pitch of the player's head

• Added an alternate way ("ms" instead of "Mannequin Starter") to rename a piece of paper to mark it as a mannequin starter

Developer's note: Likely the last release before v1.0 and this plugin not being in beta anymore. Mannequins created before v0.2.0 may be buggy since this release adds mannequin skins that don't change when a player changes their skin (yay!).

I've tested this plugin very heavily over the past few weeks, but I would like to add one more quality-of-life feature into the main release. Going forward, I would like all mannequins created in 1.. versions to behave somewhat normally going from version to version. I cannot guarantee that this release; hence the v0.2.0 and beta label still and not v1.0.
