NotifyMe

You can now add any string you want to be notified of to the Config through Mod Menu and get notifications!

Also changed notification sound to something better.

Needs Mod Menu and OwO-lib

Nothing changed, just updated to latest version. probably won't work below 1.21.

A small mod menu config error is fixed and the logo is updated.

Changed the way the mod reads the chat, removed unused and previous errors. Should work on all versions with the new chat signing feature but it is not tested.
