- Secret Diamond Ore: Randomly selects an ore (Gold, Redstone, Lapis, Emerald, Iron, or Coal) with equal chance on server start to drop diamonds.
- Mob Ambush System: Mining the Secret Ore up close triggers scary sounds and a mob ambush (Zombies, Skeletons, Witches).
- Lobby Security: Added full invincibility and disabled PvP in the lobby area.
- Admin Commands: Added
/ntsf spectator <add|remove> <player>to manage the spectator list and/ntsf reloadto reload the config. - Fake Player Polish: Full sequence (Join -> Message -> Leave) with a 3-8 minute cooldown.
- Improved Spawning: Ambush mobs now spawn within ±10 Y-levels to ensure they appear in the same cave system.
- Dynamic Terrain Detection: The lobby now properly detects when Chunky is generating terrain and blocks game start.
- Aggressive World Wipe: On every world reset (startup), the plugin now entirely deletes the
world,world_nether, andworld_the_endfolders (includinguid.dat,level.dat, etc.) to guarantee a fully fresh generation with a new random seed natively selected by the server. (Fixed: Recreates base directory structures immediately to prevent server file-saving errors). - Automatic Server Reset: The server now automatically shuts down/resets after a configurable delay once the challenge is complete.
- Challenge Timer: Displays the total time taken to beat the challenge in chat and titles upon winning.
- Bug Fixes: Prioritized Secret Ore drops, removed broken loading percentage, fixed command autocompletion, and resolved
FileNotFoundException/NoSuchFileExceptionduring world regeneration. - Quality of Life: Operators (OPs) can now change their GameMode freely.

- Secret Diamond Ore: Randomly chooses an ore from Gold, Redstone, Lapis, or Emerald on start (25% chance each).
- Secret Ore Drops: Drops 1 Diamond (80% chance) instead of its usual drops.
- Mob Ambush Logic:
- Mining the Secret Ore triggers scary sounds and a mob ambush (12 zombies, 4 skeletons, 2 witches).
- Improved spawning logic: mobs now spawn within ±10 Y-levels to ensure they appear in the same cave system.
- Added safety checks for Lava/Magma and a direct-spawn fallback if no safe spot is found.
- Fake Player Flow:
- Full sequence implemented: Join -> Chat Message -> Leave Message -> Cooldown.
- Added 3-8 minute cooldown between fake player events per player.
- Console Logging: Added
[QUIET]logging on startup to verify the secret ore without alerting players.

- World Reset on Start: Added logic to automatically set time to day, clear weather, and reset player health/hunger/effects when the challenge officially starts.
- Player Data Fix: Fixed a critical bug where player data would fail to save because the
playerdatafolder was missing after world cleaning. Standard subdirectories are now reliably recreated. - Massive Size Reduction: Removed the Adventure platform library completely in favor of native Bukkit/Spigot APIs. Final jar size is now ~65KB (down from 1.1MB).
- Ping & Packet Optimization:
- Resolved lobby "packet flooding" that caused high ping and input lag.
- Optimized UI and music loops to be significantly more network-efficient.
- UI & Visibility:
- Re-implemented Titles, ActionBars, and BossBars using native Spigot methods for 100% reliability on 1.21.x.

- Start Sequence Overhaul:
- Challenge start now waits 5 seconds before activation.

- Fixed Fake Players not appearing in the Tab list (now using multiple PacketEvents update actions).
- Added a "leave" message for the previous fake player before a new one "joins," making the ghost presence feel more consistent.
- Version Compatibility: Verified and explicitly noted support for 1.21.x (1.21 - 1.21.11).
