Not Lazy Chainmail

New Rotate Rune and Manipulate Rune.

Pliers can now be used to rotate and break some Not Lazy Chainmail blocks.

Changes

• Snipping and sieving will no longer have chance-based durability loss
• Maille Crafting will no longer have chance-based exhaustion
• Winding now requires at least 1 shank of hunger and increases exhaustion while winding
• Pliers now have 640 durability from 64 (now each snip takes 1 durability)
• Sieve meshes now have 192 durability from 64 (new each sieve takes 1 durability)
• When swapping a Cobblefier into a Cobblestone Generator, it will only take one instead of the entire stack
• Item Aggregator is now 4x as fast
• Belt Generators and Chain Generators can now be set to output their power to adjacent blocks at a rate of 64 FE/t and 1,000 FE/t, respectively
• Belt Generators are now crafted with a Block of Iron and 2 Empty Spools instead of 2 Iron Ingots

Additions New Telebelt, which will take the properties of the Iron Composite Chainmail Belt New Chain Covers that can be applied to Chainmail Armor in the Leathersmithing Table to get additional material types for curio buffs

Changes Iron Composite Chainmail Belts will now destroy all Stone, Deepslate, and Lava in a 3-block radius Swift Padding now has a new texture and is melded with 1 Leather Padding, 1 Sugar, and 1 Feather Ascension Rune now has an enchanted tint Iron Composite Chainmail Gloves will no longer allow the player to "ride" non-creature entities to prevent crashes (i.e. primed TNT, end crystals)

Chain Launchers can now be made out of different materials. Coil textures will now dynamically change based on the number of remaining links. Fixed a major bug causing the Chainmail Project to not detect chain links. (1.2.1 on CurseForge)
