Removed Uneccesary Mods

nothing much added except updating the mods and removing a mod that isnt needed

Made it so that the settings for xbox 360 actually apear

completely removed all biomes after 1.13.2

note: the next update is hopefully going to do somethign with the items after 1.13.2

- Just updated mods

- Remove Minimega because it kept crashing when trying to queue up

The Owner Of The Legacy Console Edition Resource Packs Updated Them So That Is Basically It For This Version It Should Be Compatible With The 1.0.0.
