• Prevents drops from entities that are not mobs. Various non-mob entities such as item frames, boats, armor stands, minecarts and others won't drop anything when killed/destroyed thanks to special gamerule.

• The purpose of this plugin is to improve value of non-mob entities - when killed/destroyed, they are gone forever.
