No Mob Generation

When loading new chunks new animals will spawn even if your mob cap is already full.

This mod prevents that so you will experience less lag in new chunks.

NOTE: This can be very annoying when searching for any animals because the mob cap is probably already filled by mobs in the spawn chunks
