The threat of the void is no more

• Prevents players from taking void damage
• If an entity falls in the void, they will start to bounce in the direction they are facing
• Clouds appear underneath the mobs with each bounce
• Players bounce higher and higher each bounce, until they land on the ground, with NO fall damage
• Use /toggleplayervoidlaunch to toggle on and off whether or not players will bounce
