Ninja Gear Armor Set
An overview of the armor set added by Ninja Gear. It is a full black attire which makes you run and attack slightly faster. Its main feature is that it allows you to hide from other players and mobs if it is sufficiently dark
Sthealthy sneaking
Here a ninja is up close and personal with a couple of zombies. However the ninja is hidden (notice the status effect on the right), and the zombies do not know the ninja is there.
Climbing a rope
Just in case you didn't believe me, here a ninja in survival mode is hanging from a rope to avoid a creeper. Ropes work similarly to vanilla ladders.

Here the rope coil is about to hit the beam and attach to it while dropping down a rope.

Our ninja wants to climb this contraption of wood and ropes, however he lacks an entry point. And is therefore going to attach a rope to this wooden beam by throwing a rope coil to it.
Smoke bomb 2 result
This screenshot shows the aftermath of the smoke bomb: a dark spot where the ninja can hide. While hidden, a "hidden" status effect is rendered on the HUD to make the ninja aware he is still hidden.

Striking from range
The creeper would not move away from its own so the ninja decided to remove it by using a few shurikens.
Striking from darkness
When a hidden ninja strikes, the damage will be a critical hit. The shuriken heading towards this unfortunate pig will leave a dent, trust me. However after striking, the ninja is revealed (notice the status effect) and can not hide for a while.

But now the foolish ninja is revealed (notice the status effect) and can not hide. The ninja is now at the mercy (or lack of it) of the zombies. The consequent events are not documented for viewer discretion.

Ropes
This mod also adds ropes and rope coils. Ropes can be placed manually or a large rope can be placed by throwing a rope coil. Ropes can be climbed by players. Note that the gear the ninja has equipped is shown on the model.
3rd person sneaking
This is a third person view of the ninja hiding from the zombies. You can not see him, but there is a ninja in the picture (actually there is 5)
Critical hit
The ninja got tired of the zombies' foul breath and decided to take them out. This poor zombie got critical hitted by a sai strike. Sai have to be dual wielded to be effective.
Smoke bombs
Smoke bombs will create a small smoke cloud which creates a dark spot. Dark spots can be used to hide in and linger for a while
