Nightfall DP

Nightfall DP is a collection datapack that bundles together several slightly modified datapacks used on the private Nightfall server.

It brings together gameplay tweaks, utility features, custom crafting recipes, cosmetic additions, and balance changes designed to improve the multiplayer experience while staying close to vanilla Minecraft.

Utils

Several utility datapacks improve how players and entities interact with the world. For example, End to Overworld allows players to return to the Overworld by falling into the void in the End dimension. Other tweaks include heavily reducing Enderman griefing to prevent unwanted block movement.

Crafts

Nightfall DP introduces a variety of custom crafting recipes designed with server gameplay in mind, making large-scale item production more practical. For example, Cheaper Smithing Templates reduce the number of diamonds required to duplicate armor trims.

Equipments

Some enchantment restrictions have been relaxed to allow more flexible equipment builds. Certain previously incompatible enchantments for armor, bows, and maces can now be combined again.

Cosmetics

Several cosmetic additions give players new ways to show off their wealth and achievements. This includes the four elemental paintings released by Mojang to the community, as well as many additional armor and tool trim color options.

Gameplay

Nightfall DP expands Minecraft’s gameplay in several ways.
Many new vaults and keys have been added to various world structures, providing extra challenges and rewards for exploration.

Raids have also been enhanced with the addition of the Illusioner, and some villager trades and piglin bartering options have been rebalanced.

Misc

A few additional quality-of-life features are included:

• See when players are AFK or streaming
• Display player health in the tab list
• Chance to obtain Wind Burst II and III from Trial Chamber vaults
