Changed oil to use the NyaLib fluid system. Now requires NyaLib 0.19.0 or higher

WARNING: Existing oil blocks and items will be removed from the world but old worlds should still load

• Always More Items is no longer a hard dependency
• Heat coil protection now works without the presence of Better Nether Beta

• Combustion Heater default meta value is 0 instead of 2 (old items still work)

Removals

• Already deprecated Lit Brick Oven has been completely removed from the game

• Default tooltip colour is grey instead of white
• "Heat Coil" is now called "Heat Pipe"
• Moved sections of oversized tooltips to AMI descriptions

• Tree farm can now harvest petrified leaves
• Petrified and Alpha leaves now drop their saplings correctly
