Netherite Combat Effects
Netherite Sword applies Slowness to enemies, Hoe grants Speed I, Pickaxe/Shovel/Axe provide Haste II, and Full Netherite Armor grants Regeneration.

Hitting enemies with a Netherite sword gives them Slowness 2.
Using Netherite Pickaxe/axe/shovel gives you Haste 2.
A Netherite hoe gives you Speed 1
Wearing a full set of Netherite armor gives you Regeneration.
