NekoRod
A plugin that allows you and another player to have a kitten together.
适用于1.21.1 paper，也适用于更高或更低的版本，但是我们没有测试。
Compatible with Paper 1.21.1. It also work with higher or lower versions, but these have not been tested.
说明： 使用烈焰棒攻击另一名玩家，会给予该玩家 5秒的生命恢复2效果，以及5颗心(v1.3)的瞬间治疗，玩家被击中时播放猫咪叫声，有百分之30的概率生成部分经验，并同时增加一点Neko数值（以计分板实现），当这个值大于50时，每一次有（ Neko - 50 ）* 2% 的概率生成一只名字为 {玩家B的名字}的猫崽 、主人为你的小猫，成功后将Neko数值清零
当Neko值达到50/60/70/80/90以及生成小猫时会对双方提示。
末地烛现在也有相同的效果(v1.2版本后),唯一不同是不增加neko值，也不生成猫崽。
Description: Using a Blaze Rod to hit another player will grant the target Regeneration II for 5 seconds, plus an instant health boost of 5 hearts (v1.3). A cat meow sound will play upon hit, with a 30% chance to drop some experience orbs. It also increases the target’s Neko score (scoreboard-based) by 1.
When the Neko score exceeds 50, each hit then has a (SCORE - 50) × 2% chance to spawn a kitten named {Player B's Name}’s Kitten with you as its owner. Upon successful spawn, the Neko score resets to 0.
Notifications will be sent to both players when the Neko score reaches 50/60/70/80/90, as well as when a kitten is spawned.
(We apologize that only Chinese is currently supported.).
End Rods now have the same effects (since v1.2), except they do not increase Neko score and will not spawn kittens.
