No Cave Spider Poison
Removes poison from cave spiders. They still deal damage but won't poison you anymore.

Cave spiders no longer give you the poison effect when they attack you. They will still hurt you with their normal attack damage, but you won't get poisoned.
This makes exploring caves and mineshafts less annoying since you don't have to deal with poison anymore.
