Jashin Rework (brought to you by NoHxpee)

• New Jutsu: Jashin: Blood Sacrifice (only works on players you've marked with the Scythe)

• New Jutsu: Jashin: Chains of the Faithful

• New Jutsu: Jashin: Soul Inversion

• New Jutsu: Jashin: Deaths March (only works on players you've marked with the Scythe)

• Reworked Jutsu: Jashin Ritual Circle (needs 5 stacks collected with the Scythe)

• New Skill Learner: Jashin

• New Token: Jashin (not a clan, just gives the learner)

• Reworked Weapon: Hidan's Scythe (charges up stacks through attacks to use the ritual circle)

• New Hidan enemy to drop his learner (sometimes even uses his ritual circle, still WIP)

• Kaguya: Seedling Fern Jutsu now scales in damage with your stats

• Kaguya: Larch (the sword) rightclick ability now scales in damage with your stats

• Ninja Jump (shift+jump) now reduces in cost with increasing Speed stat (100 chakra by default, 1 when maxed)

• Added a first test to Tsukuyomi to block it from affecting players in safezones

• Giveaway Enemies: "Dosu" and "Narrator9207" on Genin level

• New setting in GeneralConfig: allowSkillLearnerPurchase to disable buying learners from the "Releases" menu

Fixed

• Fixed HP and Senchakra resetting on world join
• Fixed Yamanaka's "clone" skin issue
• Fixed Rasengan crashing the player on initialization
• The Rare Jutsu Item now actually gives Rasenshuriken instead of Chidori Nagashi twice (lol)
• Fixed Reset Points settings in the NarutoEXPConfig.cfg
• Fixed syncing between DNA and the DNAConfig.cfg
• Added tab-completion with the playernames for the /resetplayer command
• Fixed /dojutsu not working in a lot of instances
• Fixed jutsus still taking chakra and activating cooldown when insufficient Genjutsu
• Added prefix "Matatabi" to the Matatabi Learner jutsu descriptions
• Fixed the cooldowns in the KenjutsuConfig not syncing to the player
• Fixed the JP to Mastery XP convertion hotkey not working with swords
