Adds a README.md file with the implementation

In this version of N_lib, debugging functions have been added to facilitate the connection of multiple data apps and testing commands.

This version adds cos sin tan trigonometric functions. Trigonometric functions have been borrowed, more information in the datapack data\n_core_lib\function\math\trygonometry\CREDITS.txt
