Added a new implementation to handle infusions on the Mutant Skeleton Skull (waiting on Eldritch End's update)

• No longer copies over the entire NBT stack to the infused item
• Instead, adds a tag that describes the infusion type and material
  • Then, Eldritch End handles the tag and gives it the correct infusion stats

Mutant Skeleton Skull is now compatible with Eldritch End's infusions (Thank you ImEden6 for the feature!)

• Fixed the logic in SmithingMenu to ensure the Mutant Skeleton Skull correctly identifies as a HEAD slot item during infusions, preserving all NBT data and Tierify attributes.
• Modular Mixins: Moved compatibility logic to an optional, isolated mixin configuration (required: false) with a dedicated plugin check. This prevents the mod from crashing if Eldritch End is missing or if classloading loops occurs.

Other changes

• Added #prominent:limit_8 tag to the entire Mutant Skeleton set

• The mutant skeleton skull is now enchantable with helmet enchants!
• When placed and broken, the skull keeps its NBT data, meaning all attributes are conserved

Fixed crash in servers caused by mixins being called twice
