Bugfixes:

• Fixed unexpected error when removing all indivSidebars and some objectives had multiple single scores displayed
• Fixed gaps in sidebar when indivSidebars for targets that don't exist in the scoreboard are added (the sidebar will now display "No data" for these targets instead of leaving them out)
