Create: Movable Tracks

This update fixes a couple of issues with train movement and visuals:

Fixed an issue where trains could incorrectly show as derailed while moving on the track. Fixed a bug causing train bogeys to glitch visually while the train was in motion. General bug fixes and improvements to train movement behavior.
