Villager Breeding Cooldown + Grow Up Timer

Villager Breeding Cooldown at 0, Night Time
If a Villagers Breeding Cooldown is at 0, and it is past 6 PM Game Time, it wont be able to Breed. Instead of 0, The Mod will count down until it is Day again, so the Villager can Breed.

If a Villagers Breeding Cooldown is still greater than 0, and it is Night, it will show a red Cross next to the Cooldown, indicating that it still couldnt Breed, even if it was Day.

Cured Villager Checkmark
If a Villager has been Cured before, the Game will display a green Checkmark next to the Nametag, or if it doesnt have a Nametag it will display it as such. You can still add a Nametag to the Villager, the Checkmark will Display to the right next to it.
