Update to 26.1

• Bump version
• Removed GameRules logic as 26.1 introduces a vanilla GameRules search implementation
• Rewrote most of the NewKeyBinds functionality to be compatible with the Amecs key modifier implementation, which is included in both Amecs and my Enhanced Keybinds mod
• Code cleanup and README tweaks
