Minecarts

Powered rails are crafted with copper instead of gold
Superpowered rails are crafted with gold and increase minecart top speed to 20m/s
Crafting regular rails gives 24, crafting powered and superpowered rails gives 12
Directional rails are powered rails which only boost minecarts in one direction
Minecarts approaching directional rails in the wrong direction are reversed
Minecarts can start from a standstill on directional rails with no block behind them
The minecart improvements datapack is forcibly enabled
