All the Items Required to Smith the Discs
Each Item corresponds to the disc placement in the previous image. (Blank Disc uses the 8 Flint and 1 Iron Ingot)

One Iron Ingot surrounded by 8 Flint in a Crafting Table will grant you 3 Blanks Discs.

Smithing Unique Discs
A Blank Disc + a certain block or item will grant you a unique disc. In this case, a Blank Disc + a Chorus Fruit = the music Disc 'Tall' by Naps the Block Music

Using a Disc
You can now right-click a Jukebox with your newly created disc (just like with Vanilla Discs) to listen to the glorious chorus of sounds.
