Added Tegg minigame.

Tegg is a game of Dragon Egg ownership. The game only really makes sense when there's one Dragon Egg on the server. Any time a Dragon Egg is placed, a score begins ticking up for the player that placed it. If it's picked up, it stops.

The scores are stored in the in-game scoreboard, allowing you to easily display the scores and state of the game in the sidebar or player list.

Setting TEGG_DISCORD_WEBHOOK_URL to a Discord webhook URL will also post the status of the Tegg as it's picked up and placed.

• Added support for axes to toggle connection states of fences.
• Added support for pickaxes to toggle connection states of walls.

Connection states can be toggled by right clicking on the appropriate block with the tool in your main hand. Right clicking normally will remove all connections. Right clicking while sneaking will remove toggle / cycle connections in the direction you're facing on the block you're targeting. Give it a go!

Use custom LibGui build to fix a server-side crash

Moved position of Compressor mode label to be less likely to be under other mods' UI elements.

Updated compressor to have a UI, and to accept a Redstone signal which toggles it's current "mode", between either 2x2 or 3x3, allowing it fully work for any recipe of those kinds.

LibGui is now bundled in the jar.
