This release includes 26.1 support and drops all other versions. Anything older than 26.1 will no longer be updated (except possibly critical bugfixes) This release doesn't support paper as... well there's still no paper for 26.1

• Dropped dependency on Adventure
• Add my own platform abstractions for text
• Include Placeholder API and my neoforge port of it for styling
