- Mod has been renamed to "Monkey Utils". Mod ID has changed to "monkey-utils".
- Most of the logic has been moved to a new Minecraft independent library Monkey Config.
- Added compatibility with fabric's permission API. Permission nodes for command settings are now automatically generated upon Config Manager registration.
- Nested configuration sections are now supported.
