New brewing system!

Additions:

• New heated brewing! Some beverages now require heat to be supplied in order to brew successfully. To heat a cauldron, place below it one of five heat sources: Fire, Soul Fire, Campfire, Soul Campfire, or Lava! These changes are reflected in the 1.2 section of the recipes document.
• Bloody Mary, a new alcoholic beverage with a certain special effect!

Tweaks:

• Slightly altered the Help Menu triggered with /trigger help
• Changed some recipes to now require heat to brew: Bourbon, Brandy, Djinn, Evil Root Beer, Gin, Green Tea, Hellbrew, Herbal Tea, Rum, Tequila, Victory Gin, Vile Root Beer, Vodka, Zafiro Añejo

Bug fixes, tweaks, and balance changes!

Bugs fixed:

• Horchata does not remove player effects
• Hellbrew does not consume recipe items properly

Tweaks: Brandy

• Recipe changed to now require 1 Apple and 2 Sweet Berries instead of 1 Apple and 1 Cherry Sapling

Ostara

• Wildflowers added to possible flower pool

Underhill Deluxe

• Now has a proof of 12, previously none

Balance changes: Bellringer (NERF)

• Range reduced by half (now 50 blocks)
• Now only highlights the drinker and other non-player mobs

Worldbrew (REWORK)

• Now only affects players within a 10 block radius of the drinker, as opposed to the entire world
• Speed effect reduced from Speed II to Speed I
• Now provides Haste II instead of Regeneration
• Duration of all effects reduced to 20 minutes from 60

Hellbrew (REWORK)

• Now only affects players within a 10 block radius of the drinker, as opposed to the entire world
• Now provides Regeneration instead of Haste II
• Duration of all effects reduced to 20 minutes from 60

Voidbrew (REWORK)

• Now only affects players within a 10 block radius of the drinker, as opposed to the entire world
• Duration of all effects reduced to 20 minutes from 60

Diet Dr. Kelp (REWORK)

• Now, instead of giving Haste and Water Breathing, gives Conduit Power

Additions:

• Buzzkill, a new beverage that decreases your drunkenness 4x as fast for two minutes
