ADDITIONS AND CHANGES

• add: extra tooltips event
  • to add tooltips to each controller item(per id) or to the GUI controller of that machine id
• fix: ae2 encoding pattern not transferring fluids and xp correctly
• make multiblock checking not run while server is paused

• Break and place energy, fluid, item and experience hatches to proper update new features and fixes.
