Modern Warp Menu

• Update project version, Change Hypixel API to hm-api, and added some logs
• feat: update warp layout for Base Camp and add Mushroom Cave (#26)

This update includes 1.21.11 support (Thanks to Kd_Gaming1 and EximpLettuce0), new island renders (Thanks to Kd_Gaming1) and Hypixel Api Support!

If warp menu does not showing, Disable options on General->Use Hypixel Api Detection.
