switched the fabric api version so it should work on sinytra connector

• Fixed crossbow charge_type select case not working
• Updated fabric api dependency version so it can load without issue

Tweaked mod dependencies so it should now load and work with Sinyta Connector

• Fixed issue with minecraft:custom_name not behaving correctly.
  • It would always change the item model if the item is named, despite the named item being something completely different.
  • Also fixed not being able to read the custom_name data correctly (1.20.1)
