Turns out Prism Launcher 8.0 exports .mrpack files incorrectly right now, and version 1.7 had some missing mods. This fixes that issue.

• Removed Cobblemon Swap Pokeball due to some incompatilities with server permissions.

• Added Chunk Loaders, as the Advanced Wireless Terminal from Tom's Simple Storage requires the network's chunks to be loaded to access from other dimensions.
• Added Create Enchantment Industry to give better automated capabilities for processing enchanted items
• Added Gotta Go Fast to the server to reduce the amount of Player moved too quickly warnings from the updated Cobblemounts.
