MobLimiter
This Plugin is very usefull for big Servers that are fighting against Players farms. Like XP Mob Farms or Villagers.

- Bug fixes
- Added a Mob Global Limit that acts the same but not with Chunk Range
- Fixed that sometimes the Command Name appears to be "MobLimit"
