Updated to versions 1.21.1-1.21.11.

All configurations moved from files to each tweaks into files with group names.

Creeper fireworks block damage now can be enabled. Chicken plucking now has drop chance option and damage/damage amount options. No trampling tweak now has ignore players option. Inventory crafting table tweak now has permission/require permission options. Now dispenser also can be crafted from dropper and bow(shapeless), not only from box ingredients + dropper
