Minecraft AI Assistant

Required: Set Up Your Gemini API Key

This mod requires a Gemini API key from Google AI Studio. Without it, AI functionality will not work.

1. Visit Google AI Studio
2. Log in with your Google account
3. Click Create API Key
4. Select or create a Google Cloud project
5. Copy the API key
6. In Minecraft, press K to open the configuration menu
7. Paste your API key and choose a Gemini model

Note: Google offers a free usage tier suitable for most Minecraft players.

Usage

AI Chat

Ask questions using:

• /ai How do I make a nether portal?
• /ai What level do diamonds spawn?

Command Execution

Describe what you want and let the AI generate the command:

• /aic Make it day → /time set day
• /aic Give me 64 torches → /give @s torch 64

Commands that are not allowed in survival mode will be ignored.(when cheats are off)

Configuration

• Press K in-game to open the settings menu (If conflicts/or not works modify keybindings)
• Paste your Gemini API key
• Select your preferred model:
  • Gemini 2.5 Flash Preview
  • Gemini 2.5 Pro Preview
  • Gemini 2.0 Experimental

Installation

1. Download the correct version for Fabric, Quilt, Forge, or NeoForge
2. Place the mod .jar file in your mods folder
3. Launch Minecraft
4. Press K and configure the API key

Requirements

• Minecraft 1.21.5 or higher
• Java 21 or higher
• Internet connection
• Gemini API Key
• Fabric Loader 0.16.10+, Forge 55.0.1+, or NeoForge 21.5.4+

Privacy and Security

• API key is stored locally and encrypted
• No personal data is collected or shared
• Only Minecraft-related messages are sent to the Gemini API
