Added /daily
How it works
Players can claim a reward once per day. The day reset is based on UTC midnight. When reward is received, the player gets a chat message. If already claimed, player gets a message telling them to wait.
New settings (configurable) enableDailyReward : Turn the daily reward on/off dailyRewardAmount : Set how much money the daily reward gives dailyRewardAutomatic : Choose mode: false: players must use /daily true: reward is given automatically when they join
