VERSION 4.5.2 [14/03/26] -Hotfix & content patch

-Updated some faulty Tracker pathfinding -Explorers, Hunters, and Miners now spawn in the Nether, to less-clutter the constantly besieged Colonies -Updated Phase config to allow Phase Three worlds

-Fixed Mi using Golden Apples not being readable -Fixed End technology structures not spawning properly in Colonies -Fixed Infermium not spawning, and updated Infermium texture to be more recognizable -Fixed Diplomacy parties being huge
