Lightweight Mending enchantment management

MendingEnchant lets players get Mending from the enchanting table without making the game feel unbalanced. It allows Mending to appear directly on tools, weapons, armor, and books.

By default, the chance to get Mending scales with the enchantment level cost:

• Level cost 30: 6% chance
• Level cost 20: 4% chance
• Level cost 10: 2% chance
• Level cost 5: 1% chance

These are the default values and can be changed in the configuration to better fit your server balance.

Just drag and drop MendingEnchant.jar into your plugins folder.
