Menagerie: Earth Mob Variants and More!

• Changed "pack.mcmeta" format ranges to support 1.21.9+

• Made minor adaptations to texture mapping of horned cows which used the "cold" cow model to match the changes from 25w10a. This doesn't seem to affect their appearance in game, but this might be a bug which could be fixed in future releases, so preemptive changes were needed.
• Changed the minimum data and resourcepack format requirements to match the latest of 1.21.5 Pre-release 2.

• Fixed sheep color spawning. This fix introduces some inevitable minor issues for spawns in non-vanilla biomes, but it isn't anything major and is impossible to fix due to the way sheep spawning currently works
• Revamped the easter egg chicken, adding functionality and a new texture. This will break any easter egg chickens spawned in previous versions, which didn't have any functionality
• Added some minor spawning fixes where a mob wouldn't be the expected variant if spawned on a biome it doesn't naturally spawn in. This affects mostly Creative, but also rare border spawning

• Changed pack icon
• Updated tags to match 25w06a's
• Changed spawn biomes of the Pinto Cow
• Added Amber Chickens and Orange Eggs
• Added Bronzed Chickens and Red Eggs
• Added Fancy Chickens and Lime Eggs
• Added Gold Crested Chickens and Yellow Eggs
• Added Midnight Chickens and Black Eggs
• Added Skewbald Chickens and Pink Eggs
• Added Stormy Chickens and Gray Eggs
• Added an easter egg chicken variant that is rarely available in survival

This accounts for every chicken variant from Minecraft Earth.
