Encounter big and the rare even bigger mobs scattered throughout the world

A datapack mildly inspired by the show Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts, when wandering the world there is a chance to encounter Big mobs about twice their normal height, or rarely even Megas, which are seven times their usual size

Beware that larger mobs have increased stats like speed and health, so watch out if they're unfriendly or if your rival's dog happens to be 12 feet tall...
