MCQuake3

This update is mostly focused on improving the Quake Arena mode experience.

• Add Quad damage glint effect on weapons
• Add custom armor and trim settings for arena players
  • These can be modified in the Player Settings screen
• Improve Arena Tool spawnpoints
  • These are now actual blocks that can be oriented, destroyed and assigned to different map names
• Increase player speed in arena
• Improve Gauntlet firing
• Add Quake3-like GUI resource pack

• Add version of Jumppad which boosts forward
• Add Megahealth pickup
• Add splash damage to BFG10K
• Make rocket and grenade damage more like Quake3
• Increase max health to 200 in arena mode, start with 100
• Seamless switching between vanilla and arena modes.
  • Player's position, inventory, XP etc are saved before joining an arena, and restored when leaving the arena.
• Give players a 2x speed boost in arena mode
• Reduce fall damage in arena mode
• Show arena player scores in player list when pressing Tab
• Kill players for real in arena mode, don't just teleport and reset them
• Add end portal effect on Portal
• Fix announcer medals not showing up anymore
• Fix various corner cases when joining/leaving arena mode
• Fix various crashes
