Description

Adds special abilities you can unlock in survival Minecraft. Each power is based on Minecraft mobs/biomes.

You can craft items to give you powers. Each power includes a passive ability and a few active abilities that are used to fight enemies or benefit yourself.

Say /trigger menu for help.

Does not work in peaceful difficulty.

Recommended to have the gamerule sendCommandFeedback set to false.

You can do this without cheats when creating a new world by clicking More > Game Rules. Then scroll all the way down and turn Send command feedback off. Otherwise, say /gamerule sendCommandFeedback false.

How to Install

For Version 3 or above: On the Versions page of Modrinth, click on the version you want but not the download button. Then scroll all the way down to Files and download both power.zip and power resources.zip. Then follow the steps below.

For Version 2 or below: Extract the files from the downloaded zip folder MC-Themed Powers.

Resource Pack

In Minecraft, click Options > Resource Packs > Open Pack Folder. Place power resources into the folder. Go back to Minecraft and click it and then click Done.

Data Pack

For a New World

While still on the world creation screen (where you name your new world), click More > Data Packs > Open Pack Folder. Place power into the folder. Go back to Minecraft and click it and then click Done.

For an Existing World

Select (but do not play) the world and click Edit > Open World Folder. Open the datapacks folder and place power into it.
