MC-Themed Powers
Adds special abilities you can unlock in survival Minecraft. Each power is based on Minecraft mobs/biomes.

- When you use the Eye of Ascension, it will now ignore any Obelisks that have been completely used up and will find a new one instead
- Now continues moving toward the Obelisk when a player is within 50 blocks on the X and Z axes, regardless of height
- Now gradually moves down when too far up above the ground
That'll teach me for using a superflat world
Also Hybrid Rush now travels much further

...Did I say 3 new abilities? There's only 2... hehe...
If there was, however, a third ability... then I would hope there's some sort of hint somewhere...
