Fixed a bug where multiple Manhunt compasses could interfere with each other. Each compass now keeps its own tracking target. Fixed compasses getting lost if a player died and logged out before respawning. They now get restored properly when the player respawns or rejoins. Fixed compasses being lost when a player’s inventory was full. If there’s no space, the compass drops at the player’s feet instead. Fixed compasses keeping stale target data after the target went offline. They now reset back to Nobody correctly. Fixed the version placeholder in plugin.yml so the built jar shows the correct plugin version.

Added nether portal tracking.

Improved codebase and more optimized to handle edge cases. Also improved player tracking.

fixed memory leaks and compass not updating if not holding it.
