Lunge Enchantment Improvement

This mod overhauls the new spear weapons' enchantment Lunge in a fun and versatile, but vanilla friendly way!

• Lunging does not consume hunger if the player moves 1 block or less (is being blocked)

• Lunge gives a boost while flying with Elytra, however instead of consuming hunger, the spear takes extra damage while airborn.

• Lunge now works when standing in water if not fully submerged to not replace riptide functionality. This also consumes normal amount of hunger.
